Exercizes of meditation from the brothers.
Meditation is a work of the spirit, that wants to descend into the material plane and with our work we also help raising the vibration of those, who are not working consciously inside. Now many of you are sure to know how to meditate but meditation can be done in many ways and for many purposes. The meditation I propose you is to awaken your essence and then return home to your Father and at the same time it helps to awaken the others, who come in contact with you.
Now I will give you meditations, that help you to go home and one day, when you have come there you will know that this meditation was the right one for you

Sit comfortably and go down in your heart. Do not merge immediately with your essence but stay a while to contemplate. You see that it shines with a very bright violet color. Your fire of the great spirit invites you to merge with it so you become pure spirit. Together we go up to the abode of your great spirit and you merge with its essence. In your essence you have contact with everything, that is your luggage of awareness and experience gained in many worlds and many eons of spiritual existence. You open to your ancient awareness so you will become aware of what you are again. You feel that much energy invades your essence and you are filled with wisdom and divine love. You are creators of the universes as you are creators of your current life. You have sown so you could gather the experience that was missing to get more awareness so you could have more contact with your innermost being.
Go into your body and maintain the contact with the essence of your great spirit and its awareness gained over many life experiences in the worlds and time of past eons. You must have more awareness so you can get to understand the law that governs us in creation. I greet you.

To you brothers and sisters, who have doubts about your work as brothers of light, have faith, do not loose faith, do not fall into the trap of the devil, who wants you to be ignorant and very foolishly sends you to do his convenience. Do not miss faith towards your deepest essence but have clarity of what you are and who he is. We did a meditation, that will help you to get closer to your great spirit so you can enter a new initiation very soon. To you, sons, do not be faithless, do not use your mind full of lies, that he puts in your heat, do not listen to the mind, that lies to you but listen to your heart, that is wise and pure love, if you still have the mind that is hassling you go into your heart and center yourselves in your essence.

Greetings to you, dear brothers and sisters, I am the brother Morya, who will guide you in this meditation. Go down into your heart and embrace your essence, merge with it and then we go to our home of the great spirito. We merge with its essence and remain in its companionship forever.
Morya will guide you on an adventure of the spirit, so you will have more contact with your great spirit soon. Sit in the abode of your great spirit in front of the violet fire, that represents your deepest essence. With your heart you embrace its light. Send into the fire everything, that does not belong to you but to the material world, in which your spirit is embodied. Send many things into the violet fire, visualize that your fire will shine more and more the more things you send in it. Fire. Fire. Burn and transmute everything, that does not belong to me. Fire. Fire. Burn everything that I do not need. Fire, fire, burn everything that impedes me to fly high. Fire, fire, burn everything that is a hindrance to my growth. Send into the fire your material brain. Visualize, that you remove it from your head and throw it into the fire. You visualize that it is hanging in the flames, while it burns. Visualize that it becomes electric blue with thousands of violet sparks, flying in the fire. Take your brain and put it inside your head so you will have a new way to think and reflect in your material life.

Greetings to you, brothers and sisters, I am Morya, your brother and spiritual guide. Sit comfortably and go into your heart and merge with your essence and then we go to the abode of our great spirit and we merge with its essence.
We go to the Solar Hierarchy and we meet with Christ. He embraces us with brotherly love and leads us into a room, that is white with a very bright light. In the room many brothers and sisters work together with Christ. We sit with them and work for humanity. We send love to humanity in form of blue light to its spirit, that appears as a violet flame in the heart. We see that the flame lights up and expands to include the entire person, who is illuminated with blue and violet light. We see, that people take each other by the hand and they form a web of love and we see it just like a cobweb of a bright blue color. We see, that humanity is united in one thing. We see, that people love others like a brother and a sister love each other. In our heart we feel love and brotherhood to humanity, we are humans though we come from another place. I greet you and I leave you at the Solar Hierarchy to work together with Crist for a while and then we go back into our body and we wake up to our material life on Earth, that we have chosen with a guide, who advised us what was good for our growth but we have chosen if we wanted or not to live the life, we are living.

Sisters and brothers I greet you with love and brotherhood. We will go somewhere very close. We descend into our heart and immediately we rise into the sky and go to the home of our great spirit. We merge with the essence of our great spirit and then we head to the Solar Hierarchy to lend a hand to the brothers, who work with me for the etheric transition on Earth. Morya takes you into a room, where Sanat Kumara together with other brothers and sisters are sending much energy to the Earth, so the vibration of humanity will raise and improve its frequence of vibration to facilitate the passage into the etheric plane. We are here to help the brothers to send energy to the Earth. We send energy in form of violet light to the center of Earth. We continue to send violet until we see the light expand around the Earth. We see that the Earth turns into bright violet and begins to spin faster and faster. We send much violet light to the center of the sphere, that spins quickly and immediately we see that it becomes a ball of violet fire that burns and burns. From the center of the fire a bright violet flame is born and it illuminates the sphere with a very fluorescent light. We see that the sphere becomes transparent and very bright. Immediately the sphere becomes blue with a violet flame in the center, that radiates violet rays to the surface. The sphere is now blue but soon the blue light turns into a dark blue and then into very dark violet. Blue is an energetic vibrational frequence of communication with the subtle planes inside and outside us, so it will be easier to have contact with our spirit in the future. The spirit will be dominant on the etheric plane and it is important to help humanity to get closer to its spirit. I want you to know, that you have made at great contribution to the work of the brothers at the Solar Hierarchy and therefore it is important not to have doubts about your belonging to the plane of the spirit otherwise you could not do the work today. Let us go to the Earth into our physical body, so we awake to the material life we have chosen on Earth. I greet you.

Sit down and go into your heart and merge with your essence. Go up into the starry sky towards the spiritual home of your great spirit. In the home you merge with the fire of your great spirit and then you go to the Solar Hierarchy and meet with the brothes, who are working for the growth so humanity can get into the etheric plane very soon. We arrive to the square and we know very well the brother, who welcomes us. It is Sanat Kumara and he embraces us with brotherly love. He leads us into a room, where many brothers and sisteres are working for the growth so humanity can get into the etheric plane. We sit with them and in front of us we see a screen with the story of humanity. We see the descent into the material plane and with the power of thought, which unites us, we send love to humanity in this material world, which has now come to an end. We send love so humanity will be helped to make the transition more easily. We begin to pray to the Mother Creator to send love and awakening to humanity so it can prepare itself to the transition in a hurry. After the meditation at the Solar Hierarchy they greet us and we head towards our home in our physical body, incarnated on Earth. I greet you with love and brotherhood.

I greet you, brothers and sisters with love and brotherhood. Sit as always and after you go into your heart and merge with your essence that shines of violet light. You live in harmony with Creation. Nothing can disturb you while you are in your essence. Be centered so you will be in harmony with the Universe.
We rise into the starry sky. We are going to the Solar Hierarchy where there will be a celebration. It is a ceremony for the new era. We sit in the square, that you know well and in the middle Sanat Kumara stands dressed with gold and silver. Much brotherhood and love will be the words of the ceremony and so there will be a celebration in honor of the new era, that soon will begin on Earth. You love each other and a lot of love emanates from your essences and merges in a cloud full of love and brotherhood, that we send to the Earth so humanity can change easily and pass into the etheric plane with great ease. Good. We greet the brothers of the Solar Hierarchy and return into our bodies, where our life is waiting for us, the life we have chosen for our growth and awakening. Always be gratefull for your life, that teaches you how to grow in the most suitable way for you.

I am Morya and I greet you with love and brotherhood. Sit as always and go into your heart and merge with your essence. We go up into the sky in the direction of the dwelling of your great spirit. In the home you merge with the violet fire of its essence. Much love fills you and so you send love around you. We go to the Solar Hierarchy, where many brothers from different Hierarchies are waiting for us. They had chosen the task of helping humanity and so they came to the Solar Hierarchy to lend a hand to the passage, that humanity will make very soon. The brothers at the Solar Hierarchy only deal with the passage into the etheric plane while the brothers at the Planetary Hierarchy deal with the growth of humanity. The brothers at the Solar Hierarchy will work together with you and it will help humanity even more to pass into the etheric plane. We go into a room, where there is a globe, that looks like the Earth. We see, that the globe has already gone into the etheric plane for some years but humanity failed to pass. We send a lot of love to the center of the Earth, blue to the surface and white around it. On the surface of the Earth we see many people spread out, some have not awakened, others are awakening og a few have already been awakened for a while. Even fewer have been awakened for longer time and they work together with the Hierarchies like you to help humanity to pass into the etheric plane. We see, that their essences do not shine in the same way, but to all of them we send much violet light, that enters their essence and it begins to shine more and more. Some humans begin to shine immediately throughout the body, others begin to shine only in the chest and others have a very dim light in the essence. We send much love to all and we see, that a net is created and it connects all of them, although some are in the dark but we do not notice that. We see the net become very white light, that shines very strongly of many colors that we do not know. They are the colors of the etheric plane, that are still not known on Earth. We made a work of union among brothers, who do not yet recognize themselves part of the universal brotherhood but very soon they will awaken to love and universal brotherhood so the Earth will live a new beginning.
Well, we finished our work to humanity and we greet the brothers of the Solar Hierarchy. We head to the Planetary Hierarchy, where Morya receives us and takes us to a room, where twelve colors are suspended. They are the colors of the new era and soon they will be visible to the humans, who will pass into the etheric plane. We connect with the colors so they come into our essence. We carry them in our heart so we are already in the new era. At the Planetary Hierarchy we go into another room, where many brothers are doing a great work for the growth of people on the Earth. We help them with our presence in sending love to humanity. We send love in form of the colors violet, blue and white. We feel, that we are united to all mankind and so we are stronger in doing our work. We are one thing and therefore what is for us is also for others. I carry you into your body and greet you.

I am Madra, your Creator and father and brother. I ask you to work with me. Go into your essence of the spirit in your heart. We rise into the sky and go to your spiritual home of your great spirit. In your home there is the violet fire of the essence of your great spirit. Merge with it and immedeately after you rise higher inside your essence and go to the Universal Hierarchy, where there is the Council of Sages. At the Universal Hierarchy there are the great fathers, who have awakened to the fortieth initiation. You send a greeting to them and sit on a chair of very bright violet light. On a screen you see humanity still asleep. In the astral plane of the Earth you see a very bad energy and therefore we need to do a work to the Earth so humanity will awaken soon and be aware of itself. We send much violet light and blu and white to the center of the terrestrial globe and the light expands to the border and emanates many rays. We see mankind begin to open the eyes. We see the essence of its heart begin to shine of violet light. We see that the violet light of its essence embraces the other essences, that are close. Send love as intense blue light and you see that the essence begins to grow more and more until the human being becomes a large flame as the person itself. They love on Earth as never before and they experience real love but also the peace of spirit and brotherhood towards all Creation. The screen turns off and on again and you see a dark star, that is very large. Many souls from Earth have moved here to continue their evolution so they can pay their karma, that is no longer possible to pay on Earth. Send love to the dark star to speed up the evolution of the souls, who live there. Good. The screen turns off and you will still be in the astral plane together with the Sages to work for the Earth and mankind but your body will receive the part of you, that is embodied on Earth and so you will be in two places to work for the same thing at the same time. Greetings to you, brothers and sisters. After a long summer, that is still in progress, we begin a new work of meditation. Sit down as always and go into your essence and merge with it. After the fusion you are a violet flame shining of violet light.
You are with me, I am your spirit speaking to you. I live in your essence. Know that you are pure spirit without karma on Earth, which is a positive thing, because you will not collect very much karma but what you will sow from now on. It also means that in a short time you will have the opportunity to know your great spirit, but you still need to achieve other initiations before you will be it. Now you will work with me and with the brothers of light to help humanity to go into the etheric plane, which will be in November this year.
There will be much work to do to humanity and so you too will contribute to the great perfection, that is taking place. As you know it is very easy to raise your vibration with meditation and so it will be high if you work every day. Very well. Go into your body so you feel that its vibration has changed.

I greet you, brothers and sisters, with love and brotherhood. From now on I want you to commit yourselves to doing works to humanity, so you help it to move into the etheric plane. If you have little time, fatigue or else, that impedes you to do much work to humanity, then do much effort to say a prayer, that is a work as another, but at least more efficient than nothing. Please understand that it is really very important to do much for humanity in this moment as it is important to do it for youselves. It is to the detriment of your future, where you have to live tomorrow if a there will be a tomorrow, but do not worry to much even if the situation is very critical, we have no intention to harm Earth but humanity has to work it out on its own but many prayers and work from you would be useful to avoid many disasters. Madra comes to tell you somethings before closing. I am Madra and I ask you to work with insistence but also with dedication and love. There is still so much to do, but if it is important that you work for your growth it is equally important to work for the growth of humanity. There is not much difference between you but you are more connected than you might think. Madra asks a favor to do a lot of work, but it does not mean that you have to work all day a few minutes will do it and it is better than working for an hour in a row. Okay, we finished talking about bad things and now I will tell you a very nice thing. You are now on the plane of the spirit and your karma does not exist any more but it does not mean that you cannot sow other karma in your life but only that it returns immediately back because it is your last life and therefore no karma can be sent to a future life. It is not impossible that bad things can be sent to us and that they will not touch us even if we are high above we are inside the law, that cannot send away what comes to us but it is possible to have a smaller knock, because we do not want to damage who are evolved and useful to work on the growth of humanity and Earth so there will be much protection but much is also because you are able not to attract negativity, so strive not to send negativity around you in a moment of anger, that attacks you. It is important to stay pure in your heart. Well, I do not want you to get bored with our conversations, that are not very nice but it is important for you to know that things are not nice at the moment, so I ask you to do work for humanity to avoid much of what somebody is planning right now.
I ask you to have love in your heart towards the bad people even if it is difficult, nevertheless they are your brothers even if they are little evolved. Good.

Sit confortably and then go into your heart and meet the essence of your spirit, that appears like a violet fire, that shines much. Go into the violet fire and immersing yourselves in its flames makes you feel at ease and finally at home. Enjoy the encounter with your essence for a moment and then you rise into the sky to your spiritual home of the great spirit, that is waiting for you with impatience. In the home you see much white light and only light is spread from its center and you go into the light naturally and merge with your great spirit. Your spirit is still very far away from its great spirit and therefore we have to work on the meeting with your great spirit so it will come closer to you quickly. There is much love in the essence of your great spirit and you send love around you so that love is the only reality, that you will live. Love, love and love. In your heart you feel unconditional love without any definition, only pure, divine and spiritual love. YOU. You are love. Wherever you go there is only love with you, that emanates from your heart. You sow love with every step. You sow love with every look. You sow love with every word, that comes out of your mouth. Love is you and you call more love around you. You live of love and love will grow inside you more and more. You are the source of love, that emanates from your essence, that has awakened to love. Love. Look at it within you. Love, I am love. I want to have love in me and outside of me. Love, my lord Love will always be our lord. Love is the law of love, that shall govern every action and word of mine, because I am love, nothing else but love and nothing can stop me now, that I am aware of being love.

I am sister Mara. Go into your essence that is in the heart. Go and merge with your great spirit, that dwells in the sky. After the fusion I want to see you make a very powerful light, that comes out of the center of your essence, a violet light, that dazzles everything around you. In the light you see Mother Creator. Mother Creator, please help me to evolve quickly so I will be able to achieve my great spirito soon. The Mother comes to you. You go to her. You take you by the hand, you merge through the hands and become a single point of light, that shines of white light with many violet rays. You feel in your heart the union with the Mother Creator and you become a single being so you will be in her and she in you forever. Mother Creator is now in your essence. Kneel down in your spiritual home and send much love to the Creation, so it will get closer to you. Mother Creator and you are now a single being and through you she sends love to everyone and everything around you, wherever you are and go and you will always have her energy with you. Greetings to you, dear brothers and sisters. Go down into your heart and send love to the essence of your spirit. After you merge with your essence in a violet flame. Rise to the home of your great spirit and merge with its essence. Send love in the form of violet light around you so the entire universe will light up with violet light. Go to the center of the Earth and fuse with her flame. We love. We love. We love. The flame of the Earth is not feeling well because of all the things that are happening on Earth and needs our help and so we help her send love to the surface of Earth, to humanity that has not yet awakened. Humanity cannot awaken because it is slave of the community, that does not tell the truth and humanity follows wrong advice. We send much white light to humanity so the darkness around it fades away and humanity will open the heart to the new energy that is coming from the Solar Hierarchy. Very soon disorders in the world will increase and also the nature continues to rebel but all this will not be your responsibility. The responsibility is of the powerful, who are in the hands of the demons, who only want power. As you know the demons are of this world and therefore it is important to fight them and send them away from Earth. Unfortunately it will not be easy but if we do not succeed there will be no Earth to live in with love in the future. Good. We go into our body so we will be on Earth with our heart connected with the high energy of the brothers, who help us to evolve so we will be able to move into the etheric plane very soon.

I am Morya and I greet you with love and brotherhood. Go into your heart where you merge with the essence of your spirit. Very quickly you rise to your spiritual home in the starry sky but you do not go to your home but to the home of the Mother Creator. You meet on the door of her home but it is not the first time you meet and therefore you enter as if you were at home. Together you go into the room, where the fire of her essence is and you embrace inside the fire so you will be united in spirit forever. After you go with the Mother Creator to the home of your great spirit and she will sow much love inside your home. Now your home shines much more of love and violet light but also of unity and brotherhood. Together with the Mother Creator you descend on Earth and go to the center where you meet the spirit of the Earth. Much love is spread around you while you merge into a single spirit where there is no separation from what you are and what I am. We send love to the surface of the Earth so it gets to the heart of humanity. We se that the Earth begins to shine with violet love and humanity begins to awaken its spirit, that we see as a violet flame in the heart. After a while we rise into the sky with the Mother Creator and we greet her and then we go into our body and open our eyes.

I greet you with love and brotherhood. I am brother Morya. I embrace you with my heart full of brotherly love. Sit down as always and go into your heart and merge with your essence. Other spirits are going to their spiritual home in the starry sky with you. You see that many spirits are rising towards their spiritual home in the starry sky. You are a group. You unite in the starry sky and form a large trail of bright violet light, that makes thousands sparks. You are a single being, that shines with love and you love each other with all your essence. Together you form a spiritual group, that has the task of helping humanity into the new era. Very well. Together you go in the direction of the Planetary Hierarchy that welcomes you with love and brotherhood. Brother Morya is waiting for you and brings you into a very large room, that shines of violet, blue and white light. In the room there is a throne but not a throne where to sit but it is reserved for the new humanity, that soon will rise on Earth. As you arrive in the room other brothers of other galaxies and solar systems arrive and also from the various Cosmic Hierarchies, that work so humanity can make the passage into the etheric plane. Toghether you form a circle around the throne, which is above you and you see it coming down towards us. It means that the moment has come for humanity to move to the etheric plane and the more the throne approaches downwards the more humanity approaches the throne. Good. We will do a work for humanity so you help it to get closer and closer to the throne. Violet rays are coming from the throne towards the Earth beneath us. You send love from your fourth chakra in the form of blue color to help the throne to descend towards the Earth. You see the throne approach the Earth and you see, that in the center of the Earth a very large hole is opening which is used to receive the throne. The throne enters the hole and disappears inside the Earth and after the hole closes. Now the Earth begins to glow with violet light that expands from the center outwards. You send love to the center of the Earth so you help the throne to spread its energy more and more. Good. We have done the work to help humanity to accelerate its passage into the etheric plane. I will carry you into your body, that is waiting for you and I thank you for working together with the Planetary Hierarchy.

Greetings to you, brothers and sisters, sit confortably on the chair. Today we will meditate in a different way. Go into your heart so you know the feeling of its energy. Listen to it and after you call your spirit so you can feel the difference between the two energies of the spirit, of your essence and your self that is the heart, so we always call the heart and then the essence of the spirit, all right? Very well, now we entered the fifth initiation and your soul is dead and so we do not feel the plane of the soul any more but the plane of the spirit, which is more subtle and slight as you never felt the plane of the soul, that was connected to the Earth and therefore the terrestrial matter, that was connected to your past lives on Earth and elsewhere, where you embodied with an astral-etheric and material body. Greet your spirit and visualize it in front of you as a brother of white light, that comes to you and you go to meet him and you merge into a single brilliant entity, that shines of different colors from blue to violet, purple to green and next to your single semblance of white light another essence is shining of an even stronger light and it is your great spirit, that is much closer to you but still you do not have a consciuos contact. Go to your great spirit and stretch you hand of light and after you have established a contact you become one energy but as two points of light connected by a thread of light as a bridge that connects you.

Very well, I am Madra, your Creator and I ask you to go with me to a place far away where many souls are suffering more than you can imagine. Let us go somewhere far away, it is another plane, that does not know the awareness of itself but they only live on the surface, which is the worst thing for the soul and the spirit, that do not live at all but only the shell. We see souls writhe and despair and they do not know, who they are, where they are and where they need to go. We are in a limbo, that exists on Earth in the etheric plane, but it is a plane where the souls go after leaving their physical body and they remain with the etheric body, that does not dissolve to ascend. We send them a prayer so they realize that they have to rise towards the light, that they do not want to and can not see. We send them love in the form of white light and above them we see that a door lights, that will help them to ascend if they want. I thank you for working with me, see you soon.

I am Morya and I greet you with love and brotherhood. Sit in the usual position and close your eyes. Go down in your heart, where the essence of your spirit is. Merge with it and immediately go to your home in the sky, where the great spirit awaits you with great impatience. We will go to a place, where you already have been in the past. We are going to Shambhala. I will hold you in my auric field and immediately we arrive in the valley with the tower shining of green emerald light. We meet a brother, who we know and he accompaies you to the room with the globe that symbolizes the Earth in the astral plane.
The globe is not in good health and we send much love in the form of violet, blue, white and much green and pink light to it. In our heart we feel that the Earth is suffering and we are sorry but unfortunately it is not time for it to heal yet. We send much white light to the center of the globe and we see it expand to the border. Many small lights are turned on in the light and you see people, who stand up and open their eyes and for the first time in their life they can see. We send much white light to them to help them regain self consciousness quickly and be able to help the Earth and humanity too. We send much violet light to the center of the globe and it expands to the border like the white light and merges with it and it becomes a very bright lilac light, that shines almost unnaturally to our eyes. In our heart we feel that the energy arrives to our body on Earth and we open our heart to the energy, that comes with so much love so it can help us to open ourselves to our future growth, that soon will bee.
Good. Now we go into another room, where there is a cube, that is very dark and inside the cube we see that there are more individuals than before. We send much love to them but we feel sad in our heat because the number is increasing continually and this mass of souls, who do not want to grow and awaken are doomed to stay so for many eons.

I am Morya. I greet you with love and brotherhood. Go into your essence in the heart and immedeately you go to your home in the sky, where the essence of your great spirit dwells. After merging with the essence of your great spirit you send love to its essence, that lightens with very bright light and in its turn sends love around itself to all Creation. After spreading much love around you you go towards the Solar Hierarchy. At the Solar Hierarchy the seven Kumaras and the Council of the Wise are waiting for you and they take you to a very bright room. In the room there are many shelves that speak of the history of Earth and humanity and their evolution to the low planes and after how they should rise to higher planes.
We go into another room where the energy is very high. In this room brothers and sisters send much energy to Earth and humanity, that helps to illuminate the path to the spirit so they will awaken to their essence.
We go into another room where there is a great golden apple. The golden apple is a fluid substance that helps to awaken the essence of the entire humanity.
We go into another room, where there is a sea of blue electrical energy, that helps the vibration of the Earth to stay on a high plane so humanity does not get lower.
We go into another room where there is a sun of bright and very white light of many rays of violet, blue, green, pink and other colors that you do not know. In the future the sun will help humanity to enter the astral plane but it will not be possible if it does not enter the etheric plane first but the sun will help in this too.
After visiting the room, we will go to a more familiar place. It is a garden, that we know from the meeting done a long time ago. We came to this garden or backyard the first time and now we see that it is full of brilliant light because some great brothers from other Hierarchies came to make their presence here so it can rise energetically and vibrationally and therefore we are closer to our essence of the spirit, that soon will come forward in humanity.

Madra greets you brothers and sisters. We will go to a place where the dead ones are. We just had a new person, who killed himself with the car a few time ago. You know him very well and we must do a work to him, so he will be able to go towards the light and start working for his growth. We go into our heart and unite with our essence of the spirit and immedeately we go to the home of our great spirit in the starry sky. We enter our home and fuse with the essence of our great spirit. Immedeately we go lower with our great spirit and we find ourselves in a very dark place. There are many entities, who feel bad but they do not know what to do to feel better so therefore we will help them to see the light sooner. We are in the midst of a very large group and there is a person, who still has the appearance of his last life. He feels very bad and does not know what he is doing there. We walk towards him and look into his eyes, that are dull. We take his hand and bring him with us higher, where there is some light but he does not realize that he is still in the darkness of his soul. He only sees what comes from his inside. We put a beam of light around his essence and after a while a small and very dim light turns on inside him. Now we send more light to his essence, so the flame starts to burn slowly and he begins to realize that the light is burning inside him. After sending more light he opens his inner eye and sees us. He does not know what to say but his heart rejoices and we send to him much love, that helps to feel better. After we send green and pink and then blue and violet and he begins to glow inside more and more. At this time he realizes that we are helping him so he can feel better. Yes, he has changed much since we took him away from the crowd. We are very happy to have done so much good to his essence. After a while we take him by the hand and feel that his hand vibrates and we vibrate with him of universal love, that nourishes our essence. We say a prayer to the Father to help him to grow so he can evolve and embody in the future in a body with a more simple karma. We send love to his essence and take our leave and return to our home of the great spirit, where the cosmic fire nourishes us and helps us to recover quickly. Then we go into our body and open our eyes.

Again we go to the home of our great spirit and after we rise even higher and we meet the Father of the Universes. Together with him we go to the Planetary Hierarchy and we will do a work for the Earth and humanity. At the Planetary Hierarchy we meet Morya, who greets us with love and brotherhood. There are many brothers and sisters with him and we know them well from other lives in other worlds and together we go into a room, where there is a cube very similar to Earth. We put ourselves around the cube and we embrace with our heart and form a cirle of universal love, that expands up to the cube and makes it shine of thousands of shimmering colors, that you have never seen before. To the cube we send much violet energy,that comes out from our fourth chakra like a laser and it goes into the cube and after a while the cube becomes a sphere that shines of much green, blue, violet and white light. We see that the sphere begins to spin. It spins and spins and spins to the left but it is very fast now and it seems that it does not move at all but it really is so fast that we fail to catch its movements. We are helping the Earth to make a transition of growth and we are helping to speed up its passage, so humanity can be better in the future. We see that the sphere is shining very much now and we interrupt the contact with it, but is is only a temporary disconnection but in reality we are always in communication with it because we are part of it. We go away with the brothers and for a while we are with them to visit the Planetary Hierarchy, that very soon will have a new task to do for humanity on Earth. We say good bye and rise high together with the Father of the Universes, who greets us with love and brotherhood. In the home of our great spirit we reload and go in our physical body.

Today we do a meditation that is called Know thyself. It is a meditation that helps you to know your essence deeper. Sit with closed eyes and breathe calmly. Go into your heart and meet your essence of the spirit that the great spirit sent out to grow a long time ago. Descend into the depths of the essence and after you go to your spiritual home in heaven and you meet with the essence of your great spirit. Your primordial essence is with the Mother Creator and she embraces you with love and much love fills your heart in your physical body. You feel love everywhere inside you and also outside you love is very present. Now you are yourself in full awareness of what you were from the beginning of Creation when the Mother Creator emanated all of you, but it is still too early to realize the essence of your great spirit and therefore you only know your little spirit for now, but it is already a lot. Go to the home of the Mother Creator and you return to the cradle of your spiritual life, that began there a long time ago. Within you feel her presence beat in your essence, that vibrates of love that only she can give you. Very slowly you are more and more in touch with her in your essence of spirit and she helps you to find the path of light to walk always with her. Spiritually you are very different because the great awakening of your great spirit has not come to you yet, but you are much more alike than you can imagine. You feel in your essence that you have the same DNA that unites you and you see that your DNA begins to glow more and more and it means that you are awakening to your great spirit, that is getting closer to your spirit. With love in your essence you go into your physical body and you stay in contact with the Mother Creator, who never abandons you.

Morya greets you and ask you to make yourselves confortable. Breathe deeply and go into your heart and merge with your essence. After you rise to your spiritual home where your essence of the great spirit welcomes you. Much love welcomes your coming and you merge with love in your essence, that is connected to everything. Everything is in you and you are everything. Send love around you to the other spirits and their essence greets you with love and brotherhood. Together you are one thing, that shines cosmic love. Much love calls more love and so in a crescendo you merge and love each other. After sending love to the other spirits, who are your brothers and sisters, you go down into your physical body and stay in contact with all that is inside and outside you.
A brother from the Solar Hierarchy comes and takes you to the Solar Hierarchy so you will have a stronger contact with this Hierarchy, which has a great responsibility for the growth of humanity and the Earth. At the Solar Hierarchy he brings us into a room where the Great Solar Council is. In this place they take important decisions on the growth of humanity and how the Earth should evolve to help humanity grow. Humanity is less evolved than the Earth as you know and less evolved than you think. Sanat Kumara is working a lot so the Earth can evolve in a hurry and humanity grow with her but humanity struggles to keep pace with her because she goes speedier but now humanity must take another step so it will have more contact with us, who work a lot for this.
Sanat Kumara is working with other brothers, who are more evolved and they come from other Hierarchies and help him to make decisions on the growth of humanity. We need all of us to work together to help humanity to grow and make the move into the etheric plane. Many spirits coming from far away, sacrificed themselves to go down to a very low plane to help humanity with their very high vibration but it is difficult for humanity to receive it.
We go into another room where a brother keeps the contact with the biggest spaceship around the Earth that has the task to help humanity if we take the decision to make a drastic step. Do not worry because there will be many spaceships to assist the people, who need to be brought to safety if the Earth will have to do a reversal and the Earth’s axis will move and the surface will be completely different but it will not be the plane where your future race is going to live but on a more subtle plane that has nothing to do with the matter. Greetings to you, dear brothers and sisters. Sit and close your eyes. Go into your essence in your heart and merge. Immediately you go to your spiritual home and merge with the essence of your great spirit with love. Much violet light will emanate from your essence and it goes to illuminate the whole universe. In the universe many essences have still not awakened and we need to send them much love in the form of violet, blue, white and green and pink light. After the work we feel only much love in our essence. We feel as if a brother or sister is in trouble and needs our help and therefore we send love again to the essences around us with violet, blue, white, green and pink light but the essences are still sleeping and a stronger work is needed to awaken them so we say a prayer to our Father and ask him to help them so they can have the opportunity to awaken soon. Very well. It was not a nice experience to feel the remoteness of the other essences but unfortunately it is a reality to which we must get used to but not in the way that makes us go away from them but a habit that does not make us resign but makes us try to help them more even if we are aware that we cannot do much. A lot of work is to be done on Earth but it is difficult and therefore we ask the Solar Hierarchy and the Planetary Hierarchy to help humanity so there will be a good chance that humanity will awaken very soon.
Good. I will take you to a very distant place and after we send love around us so we will be even whiter. In this place there is much light and many brothers who are like a blue flame greet us with an embrace of love and brotherhood. They are the group, who works with the Madonna and they are here to show us how the Christian humanity is at this time. We go with them into a room shining of a lot of blue light and we put ourselves in front of a circular screen. We see that humanity is not a believer but often goes to church to have a solution of the problems and then they do not think about it any longer. Some go to church to fix their conscience and think that in church the problem will be solved but it will not. The church is a sacred place that helps us to raise our vibration of love through prayer but it is important to feel it in the heart. Many people go to church to show that they are good so others think well of them, other people go because they are desperate and ask for a solution of a problem as having a home or being able to have a child but they have not realized that we should not ask for these things but for the grace to others and to have more light on our path so it is easier to live the burdens that life sends us but only a few are so desolate that they ask for the grace to others. Now we will go away to another place which is very desolate.
We will go to a cemetery where many souls continue to roam around their graves. I wonder why they do so and now you will get the answer. They are here because family or friends do not let them go away but they hold them here with their pain and so they harm the growth of the dead without knowing it but now it is time to know. Do not go to the tomb to venerate or remember a relative or a friend but remember them in your heart with light in the heart so the dead will be able to go higher and higher up to heaven but the culture of the dead is still very strong and therefore a lot of work is needed in the cemeteries so we can help the dead to go away up to heaven.

Sit as usual with your eyes closed and then go into your heart and meet the essence of your spirit with love. After the fusion with the spirit you go to your spiritual home, where you will find the essence of your great spirit. Enter your home and merge with the fire of your great spirits essence. Good. After the fusion there is such love within you, that you had not yet known, but every time you merge with the essence of your great spirit you will feel more and more love in your heart. Send love to humanity, that is still asleep and after there is a deeper work to do for humanity. Send much violet light to its essence, that is in the heart and then much green, white and blue. You see, that the essence in the heart of humanity begins to vibrate and very slowly it lights of violet fire and you send more violet light to the the violet fire of the essence in the heart. After you see that the violet light of the essence begins to shine more and more and then the person becomes violet of many bright violet, blue and white rays. After you have done the work, you close with an eight of light and cut with the hand of light the light cord that connects you to the work, that you have completed. Go down into your body slowly and open your eyes.

Rise into the sky to your home of the great spirits essence and merge with it. After you go to the Solar Hierarchy and you meet with the seven Kumaras. They appear to you as a semicircle of very bright violet and white light and you feel great wisdom and love radiated around them. You go with me to greet them with a bow and after the greetings we go together with them in a tower, where there is a great and very bright disc and you stand under the disc, that emanates a lot of energy og love and wisdom into your seventh chakra and through the chakra it expands to the whole astral body. You have been enlightened to your ancient wisdom and it is not important if there are more than seven chakras in the astral body, through the seventh chakra it arrives also to your physical body and after receiving the energy from the disc you are reborn on another astral plane, which has now been opened to you.
We go into another room, where there is a line, that goes up vertically. The line is the connection between the high astral plane and the low astral plane, that you have passed a long time ago, but the line crosses the Solar Hierarchy, which has the task to send higher energy to the Earth and humanity. While we are here, they work a lot on sending energy to the Earth and humanity and we are present at the work, that engages the group, devoted to this work. Very well.
We go down in a lower astral plane, where the line descends and crosses even lower and there is a group too, that works continuosly to send energy down to the Earth and humanity. It continues this way for other planes but we will not go and see how they work, because it is lower than our plane and therefore we are not interested at the moment. We are interested in rising higher and higher so we will awake more and more to our essence.
We go to an astral plane, where there is a very subtle blue energy. The blue energy is used to raise the vibrational frequency of the spirits essence. Our spirits essence is much in tune with the energy of this room and our essence begins to vibrate more and more so it is even closer to us. Good, our visit is over and now we go into our body so we make contact with the Earth and we can send the energy around us, that we have just received so we can help others, who do not work to raise their vibration.

After a while you go to your spiritual home of your great spirit and very quickly you merge with the essence of your great spirit. You are one with everything and everything is in you. I will take you to a place, where the energy is very high because it is a place of the angels and they pray every day to the Father to save humanity. In this place universal love and brotherhood reign towards all creatures of Creation and a very important angel is waiting for us and we know him very well. It is the archangel Michael, who comes to us and he embraces us with love and brotherhood. He leads us in a room, that shines of heavenly light and shows us the Earth and humanity, that has not yet awakened. On a large screen we see the Earth on the etheric plane and it amazes us how it is, that so much darkness still exists on Earth, but is is possible. Unfortunately, it is because the man and the woman do not feel their own essence and therefore they do not seek the divine within them. Let us pray to the Father, that soon men and women can feel within them the need to seek the divine inside.
Let us go to another room, where there is plenty of violet light because we are on a very high astral plane and we are flooded with love and peace and we have never felt so at ease. The realm of the angels inhabits in this room and they save our world every day and so we are united to them to assist their task, that they always do with love. They show us how they intervene in every situation, that requires it and in our heart we feel how easy it is to help if we have love in our heart that guides us and multiplies in many directions.
Now we are going into the most important room of the Council of the Angels, that is made of the most evolved angels and they have more responsibility than others. They help the other angels in situations, that require a lot of responsibility and where you have to know how to have much ability to solve situations that otherwise would not be possible to solve. These angels are very close to our Creator and work with him in every moment and they always have to do much work, they have nothing else to think about than to work for us and we know that we need their help so much otherwise there would be no Earth or humanity.

Greetings to you, brothers and sisters, who are here to work with me. Get comfortable and close your eyes and go into your essence in your heart. Go quickly to your spiritual home of the great spirit and merge with the flame of your great spirit, that is waiting for you. We will go in a place far away from the Earth and I will englobe you into my aura so you can go there with me. We are in a place, unknown to the majority of mankind, but it is a place where the story of the embodied person is written. We are visiting the Akashic Records and there are many book on the very high shelves and you are in the room, where you will find your book of karma. Let us take the book with your name in spirit but there are also written the names of other incarnation on Earth, but it is not important to know the names but that the book is yours. Sit on the floor and open the book of karma and inside many lives speak of what you did and what you did not, but you should have done. In your book of karma it is written the date of your death in the last incarnation, but it is an indicative date, which may vary according to your evolution. If it is important that you remain on Earth to accomplish an important task, then it can be postponed a bit but if there is no need for you to remain, then it will be the date of your death. Many people do not know, that they have a book, that contains all the story of their various incarnations on Earth, but now it is time that everyone knows. Very well, put away your book carefully. A brother together with your great spirit will keep it updated all the time.
Let us go to another place, that contains all your material and spiritual experiences. It is a very big place with many films, let us call them so, that you can see if you have the consent from above. It is a very meticulous archive, where you can see your whole life. We will not watch the films of your life, but it is important to know, that it exists.
Let us go to another place, where there is a host of angels, who had helped and protected you in your lives, when it was needed. You did not know, that the angels were watching over you and it is not important to know, but the angels had the task to save you from unexpected things or what ever should not happen during your lives on Earth. These angels cared for you with love in all your incarnations and when you came in this dimension you have had contact with them to know, what had been done to you and the event, that you were not meant to experience and this means that you will know, that a person wanted to hurt you but did not succeed because of the angel, who had protected you. We send a huge grace to these beings, servants, who save many people from misfortune, that should not happen. Good. You feel much love in your heart and you send love to your essence, that has been waiting for you for a long time. Now you go to your spiritual home, where the essence of your great spirit is. Enter the home and immediately you immerse yourselves in your essence, that is a violet light, that burns your negativity. As you enter in the flame immediately you feel at ease and you send love to the Earth and to humanity, that has not yet awakened. After you rise even more and you leave the universe of your great spirit and you enter the universe, that surrounds you and there are many great spirits around you. You merge with universal love. You are everything and everything is in you. Much time has passed since you were great spirits, but time draws near that soon you will be it again. Go much higher and after a while you see appear a very strong light, that enlightens you totally and you feel love in the light. The Mother Creator comes out of the light and comes towards you. You fuse in univeral love and you are one. After merging you go to her home and it welcomes you with love and brotherhood. You love each other very much and after you go into the central room, where the fire of her essence is. It is a very large fire, that illuminates very much everything around and within you, but you do not feel uncomfortable, but inside your heart you feel the belonging to the fire, that once had emanated all the Creation. You have returned to the cradle, that prepared you for a long journey in many worlds with many precious experiences and many lives, that had awakened you to what you are now. Rise with the Mother Creator above the fire and look in it. You see that many particles are in turmoil and it means that soon there will be a new birth in the universe, that soon will come to you as well. Good. We go in our essence and when we are one with it we send love to the Earth in the form of violet, blue, white and green and pink light. We see, that the Earth is suffering and needs help. Much love is required to help her heal and we cannot do it in an instant but with commitment every day. I ask you to pray for the Earth to the Mother Creator, so she helps us to save our Earth.
Dear Mother Creator, please save our beloved Earth, that is very troubled by a humanity, that is very backward in its spirit. Many people do not want to awaken and therefore it is necessary to take measures so others do not pay for those, who do not want to help humanity feel better. Dear Mother Creator, I ask you to intervene very quickly so the suffering on Earth will cease and finally love will have the supremacy on Earth and in the hearts of mankind. Dear Mother Creator, I will help you to help the Earth so finally we can have a better world to live and grow in. Dear Mother Creator, I ask you forgiveness for the people, who commit evil, but they are still in a deep sleep and unaware of their actions, but soon they will awaken in this or in the other world and a new path will begin for them. Go into your deepest essence and after you rise into the starry sky and after you continue to rise even more until you get to the light, that blinds your eyes, but you continue to rise and after a while you will get to a very large door, that opens in front of you and you enter into a large courtyard, full of light and I am there waiting for you and I greet you with love and I take you into a room, that you do not know. We are in a very large room full of gold and silver and everything around you sparkles with thousands colors, that are pure and bright. I ask you to sit in the lotus position with closed eyes around me and I am standing at the center of the circle made of you, sitting in the lotus position. I send you a ray of gold that enters your fourth chakra and it works in a clockwise direction and it accelerates your fourth chakra, so it changes its color from green to blue, that is a more subtle color of cosmic love, that you need to work better in the future. Your fourth chakra is blue now and you can see from the inside, that a very strong and shiny blue color is coming out from you. Go into your essence and get even more in depth of what you have known so far. In your essence there is a door that leads to your spiritual life, that you have not known before. In this door there is the passage, that takes you into another dimension, where you can have contact with the spiritual life, that has been waiting for you for a long time. In the door that opens up to you, there is a very bright light, that illuminates your entry and after entering an even more brilliant light is awaiting you with all imaginable and unimaginable colors. Very well, you are in the dimension of your great spirit, who emanated you a long time ago and now you are resuming contact with it so it can guide you with more awareness and love. I send you in the light, that sorrounds you and in that moment you are your great spirit and you realize that you are immense and full of universal love towards Creation in all its forms and appearance. Now you are you and you feel at ease and you send love everywhere in Creation, that you have created together with your brothers and sisters.
However you are still not with your great spirit but it is a contact, that is now beginning to become stronger and stronger so you will have more awareness in the future. Very well. I want you to realize that you are in your great spirit. Feel in your heart its vibration so it will be easier to feel when it gets in touch with you.

I am Racozy and I ask you to close your eyes again and come with me to Shamballa. In this moment we are experiencing a single existence, that is everything within us. We arrived at our destination and we go to the tower, that we know well. In the tower there are many brothers to welcome us and they have been waiting for us for a while. Together we go into a very large room. In the room there is a sphere, that you know from the last time. On the sphere there are dark spots in some places and we send love to these points so they heal from their evil. We send love in the form of violet light to the dark things, that appear on the sphere and slowly we notice that they become bright and turn into gold, that shines of many brilliant colors.
Very well. We go into another room, where there is af hole in the center of the room. It is a black hole and it seems to us, that in it there are evil energies and so it is. To the black hole we send much violet light and after much blue light and finally much white light. We see that the hole is filling up with colors and particular and twisted forms are coming out and we send love to them in the form of green light so they heal from their evil and can find the way to the light, that they had lost.
We go into another room where there is a throne full of violet, blue and white and pink light and much gold is emitted from its center, where the Mother Creator sits. We kneel to her and send our greetings of love and she embraces us with her universal love. We are in the cradle of universal life and we are back home. Within us we feel that we gathered and we are happy to bursting with joy and we send our joy to the entire universe and much joy returns to us and we are in heaven. Heaven is within us and outside us. We are in seventh heaven. It is a plane of the spirit, where you return home after the twelfth initiation of the spirit and after you meet your great spirit, that the Mother Creator has emanated. You have been so lucky to be in seventh heaven before time because you work hard. It is a gift from the Mother Creator to you because she loves you.

Straightaway you go into your essence in your heart and you fuse with love and immediately you rise in the sky to your spiritual home where your great spirit is waiting for you with its blazing flame. You experience within you the absolute harmony, cosmic love and universal brotherhood, that has always united you. Close your eyes and get ready to go to place far away on Earth. You will plunge into my aura and I will carry you in a place that shines of so much violet, blue and white, green and pink light. You feel much love within you and soon we will land in this wonderful place, full of love and brotherhood. We are in Shambhala and I wellcome you with love and brotherhood. I am brother Racozy and I am with you to lead you in this adventure, that is for a few. Very well. A brother, who is shining with love and brotherhood comes towards us and greets us with an embrace full of love and love surrounds us with an immense light, that touches our essence in the home of our great spirit. We go with him to a tower, where there is a large crystal ball of pink and green light and it shines as you have never seen a crystal shine. The brother shows us what the crystal is. It is a dimensional doorway that leads to Earth and the brothers and sisters of Shambhala send us love and brotherhood all the time. They love us with unconditional love and they want us to awaken to our essence very soon and therefore they send energy of love and brotherhood to the Earth and to humanity in every moment. I have brought you here so you realize, that the brothers of Shambhala work tirelessly for your growth. They have voted for the Earth to survive and pass into the etheric plane but many people are not ready and therefore it is important that you work so their vibrations will raise and they will make the step together with us, who have worked for a long time.
We are leaving the tower and we enter a room where there is disc of the size of a football field. On the disc you can see many people about to awaken and others, who are sleeping deeply. To the people asleep we send our deepest love and sense of brotherhood and we notice, that they begin to move and open their eyes but they are still not awake. We send love to everybody on the disc and say a prayer to the Father to help us send more love to them so they can save themselves from their sleep, that can non longer continue.
We go to another room where there is a tree, that goes into the sky and into the ground. It is the union between the sky and the Earth and through this tree a lot of spiritual energy full of love and union gets to the Earth and we feel in our heart the union between above and below.
We go into another room and we see a cube, that is very dark. Inside the cube there are entities, moving badly and they are screaming and writhing and much pain reaches us and we are sad for them but we can only pray to the Father, that they will be able to find the path of Light to their essence.
We walk on the ground of Shambhala and we feel beneath our feet, that it is warm and it surrounds us with love. We are in a heavenly place and we can feel love up to our bones in the astral plane but soon we will be back in our body of flesh, that is waiting for us with much love to radiate the energy of Shambhala from us.

Now I will take you to a place very far away, close your eyes and be confortable. Far, far away there is a place that no one knows, it is a sacred place. Many people are unaware of its existence because it seems utopia to them but it is not. Let us go to Eden. In this garden full of trees and vegetation with very fragrant flowers, the most famous couple of the Bible was here but that is another story. We are in Eden, which is a place of peace and tranquility. You can go there at any time you feel the need to relax and recharge from a lot of work you do, just call Eden and Eden welcomes you immedeately in its heart, that is a city in a great paradise full of very different vegetation and many bright colors and many scents, that will stun your breath away and sends you in tune with your essence. But let us go to the city, that is at the center of Eden and is also called Eden.
We enter in a very large and bright courtyard full of fragrance. We go to the house in the middle of the cortyard but it is not just a house but a center of regeneration, that is used to regenerate our DNA. Inside the house there is at room, which repairs our DNA from disorders and diseases and malfunctions of energy and many other things. We enter the room, that repairs our DNA. We enter with love and we are welcomed with love by the brothers, who work in this place. We are in a room full of divine energy, that is used to bring harmony in our DNA with the original divine vibration, that was inside our DNA from the Creation. We lie on a bright table of colors never seen and we become a crystal, that sparkles with thousands of lights and colors. We feel that our cells begin to vibrate faster and faster and we are returning to our Creation, where we were a creator as only our Creator is in this moment. We are immersed in the divine energy full of love, that surrounds us and heals us from our very long and difficulty walk, that had ruined our initial DNA and slowly we are coming back to the beginning of time where there was the Creation and we were creators of the universe.
We get up new but also very wise and aware of our divine essence.

Now you are one. Then you go together on Earth and you place yourselves above Europe, that is very dirty of energy of power and corrupt money. Send love as violet light to Europe and then you send green light to cure this disease, that is widespread. After having sent green light you send blue light and you notice, that Europe begins to clean her aura, that becomes much whiter. Then you send pink and blue light together, so it is like sending three colors at the same time. After you have done this work you go to the Vatican and say hello to the Pope, who is a brother of light, who has come to clean the Church, so the faith will be unified in the world.

I am the brother D.K. and I am here to share with you an experience of love and growth. Now close your eyes, sit on the chair as always with hands on your legs and much calm in your heart. Now go down to your essence in your heart. As soon as you are in your heart you see the violet flame, shining and it illuminates your entire body from the inside. After that you have entered the flame you rise to the crown, shining with violet light. As soon as you are out of the crown you go into the starry blue sky and go to your spiritual home, where your great spirit and its essence are. Go in the home and your flame appears in front of you and when you see it you are already inside and then you rise and rise inside your essence until you feel the void within you. Now you rise and rise and rise and slowly you begin to perceive within you the void. The void is a very particular feeling that always belonged to you. Now the void is within you and you expand with your essence to the edge of the universe but it is not a border but a new beginning and you continue to expand more and more and you contain the universes, that are close to yours and you unite with them and you expand even more and become very, very aware of everything, that is in Creation. There the flame is even more brilliant and you immerse yourself in its courageous home, that welcomes you with much love. We celebrate in the home because today there is a beautiful ceremony of initiation because a person has entered the third initiation and therefore last night he had to choose, what he wanted to do, whether to go ahead or stay where he was. “Now you know, what it means to fight the demons. First you had known one of his emissaries, who had to convince you to come with them but you did not accept and therefore Satan came to fight with you and you have discovered your ability to appear in more places at the same time and that was your salvation because he cannot be in multiple places at the same time but only move very fast. Do no longer fear the dark force because now you will get the cosmic sword, that will help you to fight better and I will hand it over to you right now and you must kneel in the astral plane and bend your head so I can bless you and deliver the cosmic sword. It is a gift from the time of Atlantis, when you fought against the black sorcerers. You fought with much strength and much courage and you promised to fight always against the demons if it was time to do so. Now you are a fighter of the Light Force and I deliver to you your sword of Atlantis, that was left in the astral plane. Fight against the demons so you will help the Earth and humanity. This week you had little experience but immedeately you awakened your ancient awareness of you and it will take only a short time to increase your awareness of being a brother of the Universal Hierarchy. I, Morya, will always be close to you to help you in your growth and your work. It is not much that you are working with us but you had felt in your heart at once, that you are a brother of light, who must fight against the demons and therefore we helped you to get back your sword at once so you can start your task soon”.
This is a story of a meditation. We gave the cosmic sword to him so he could do his task. The cosmic sword is not given to everyone but only to the fighters, who have this task in this life. Now the person is working against the demons in some countries on Earth to help humanity to have freedom as spirits, incarnated on Earth. Now you know what happens during our meditations. Once you have contact with your essence you go into it and fuse with love and harmony. You will feel very much love flow inside of you and immedeately you go to your spiritual home in the sky, that is waiting for you with impatience and love. Now you go into the home and you see the violet flame, calling you. You go towards the flame but do not go inside you only look at it and you feel, that the flame in front of you is your essence and there is no need to go inside, because you are the flame and you are already inside even if you see it in front of you, because your senses are different from the senses you have in the material body. Your spiritual senses are different and multiplied and you can have multiple angles, that you see at the same time even if this is impossible in the human body. Now you can see the flame expanding in front of you and it rises in the sky and shines with many white rays and these rays are the awareness gained in your spiritual life throughout the ages. Now the flame is shining very much and you are illuminated with its awareness. Now you are your great spirit, that was always waiting for you and soon you will have the awareness in your human body, that will awaken to its essence.

Sit and breathe deeply seven times. You are in the starry sky in your essence. You are in your home and you look at the violet flame, shining with much light. You go into the flame and merge with it. As soon as you feel the fusion much love is given off from your heart and it sends love to the Earth and humanity with blue, white, green and pink light. Now the Earth becomes very, very bright of a golden color and you see, that a lot of white is coming out from its essence, that is at the center of the Earth. Humanity appears to you as a person, sleeping upright and he wakes up and suddenly becomes bright and with open eyes sends white light around and only a moment after he becomes violet. You send love to this person to help him awaken from his sleep, that is ending now. You make a contact with his heart and his essence, which is a violet flame in the center of his chest and you send much violet, white and blue light to the flame and you see it expand and become pure light, that sends many rays all around. After the work you make an eight of white light in front of the person and you visualize a white line, that connects you and you cut the line with your hand or scissors of light so the contact with the person will cease and then you come back to your home and you go into your essence, that is the violet flame.
Now get down in your body remaining still in the violet flame so you are aware in two places at the same time.

Go very slowly down to your essence, that is in the heart. You can feel its life pulse in your body and you are aware, that it is your essence vibrating with love. You begin to ascend to the crown and you rise very slowly and when you get there you exit your head and directs to your spiritual home, where your flame is waiting for you. You go into the home and into the flame and after you rise higher inside your essence, that is very bright. Your essence is very great and contains the whole universe and therefore you rise higher and higher in your essence and arrive to the top, where your complete awareness is and you merge with it. Now you are immense and you have very much awareness, all the awareness of your entire spiritual life and also the lives on the Earth and other places. You feel very wise and full of awareness and after you go down to your physical body with all your spiritual and material awareness, accumulated thoughout your entire existence. Now open your eyes and know that I am the Mother Creator of All.

Do not expect, that it talks with words but sensations or images or anything else. When you are in contact with your essence go immediately to the sky, where your spirtual home is, that waits for you with much love. Go into your home and you will see the violet flame, calling you. When you are in the flame you feel that love emanates from every part of you and you love everything as you have never loved before. Send love to the Earth and humanity with white, blue and green light and also much pink. Underneath you the Earth will be illuminated by these colors and you feel that humanity is happy but its suffering comes to you and so you realize that the Earth and humanity are not well and you feel sorry and therefore you embrace the Earth and humanity with love and after you go to your home in the sky and feel that you are at home and that they are not yet at home, therefore you make a prayer to the Father and say:” Father, help our brothers and sisters to come home so they can be happy and serene in their essence”.
Now get back to your body very quickly and open your eyes immediately.

Breathe seven times and after you go down to your heart where your essence is shining of white light. Visualize your essence and get in touch with it. When you are in contact you wait some time and then you merge as in the past and become one. After the fusion you begin to rise slowly to the crown, shining above with blue, white and violet light. When you get to the crown then you merge with it and after you continue to rise into the starry sky, shining of much light and you feel to be closer to your spiritual home. Above you see the home as a very bright light, that calls you with love and you go towards the home and enter. Inside there is a violet flame, that is your deeper essence of the great spirit, calling you. Go towards the flame and enter it with love and much delicacy. Inside the flame you feel to be home and after you expand and feel the whole universe is inside of you and you love all the Creation, that you created together with the great Architect of the universe. Now you have had a very deep contact with your great spirit and continue to maintain this contact while you descend into your body. A long time ago you were just great spirits but then the great spirit decided to go to other places to evolve and it created us so it could continue to evolve and make new expansions and after our return the great spirit realized, that it had grown a lot and was happy and wanted to repeat the experience and created another small spirit, that was sent to make other experiences so the great spirit could continue to grow more and more.
Now the time has come for you small spirits to return home to your great spirit so it can grow even more.

Go down into your heart and view your essence, shining with very bright white light. Go into your essence and feel, that it is your spiritual home. Very slowly it begins to go up to the crown, that is shining with violet light. When you reach the crown wait a little before exiting. Get in touch with the crown, that has much to say to your earthly awareness. Exit the crown after a little and head to your heavenly home, that is very far away from here. When you arrive to your spiritual home you enter and feel, that you are back in your fathers or mothers home. The essence of your father or mother gets in touch with you and says: “Now you are home after a long journey of many useful experiences for my growth”. You have a lot to tell your essence, that is closer to you, his son or his daughter. Now you unite and feel you are one. After you will have much more awareness in your physical body because you have opened the door to your essence.
Open your eyes and stay in contact with your deeper essence and then have no more doubts about you.

Go slowly down to your essence, that is in your heart. Very slowly you feel your essence expand and after it begins to ascend towards your crown, shining with many white, blue and violet rays. Your essence exits the crown and heads into the starry blue night sky, where it meets your fathers and mothers home. You enter the house and you feel, that it belongs to you and after you feel, that the house expands to be the whole universe. Inside you feel an immensity of love and you have no awareness of what you experienced on The Earth but you feel only love and expansion. Now that you are in Everything try to feel within your new essence, that beats with a very subtle rhythm. This is your deeper essence and it is called the great spirit. This great spirit had sent you to make experiences in many places and now the small spirit must return home and merge with its great spirit, that always supervised it to help it in its growth in various places. Now the small spirit has more contact with its essence and feels more confortable in its home.
Very well, stay with this feeling for a while and after you feel you are back in your body along with your small spirit and your great spirit, that is your essence.

Now breathe deeply in and breathe slowly out seven times. After you descend very slowly to your heart, where your essence is shining of blue, violet and white light. With your essence you go up to the crown very slowly. It arrives to the crown, brilliant of white, blue and violet light and above the amethyst is shining of violet light. Your essence now unites with the amethyst and they become one body, shining of white, blue and violet light. Together they go up into the blue night sky, full of shining stars and you are going to your fathers home. In the home there is a violet flame, shining so much and it calls you with its light, that dazzles and enlightens you with many violet, blue and white rays. Now you are in the flame and you feel your heart, vibrating with love and compassion for all the people, who are suffering and you send them love and hope with green, pink, white, blue and violet light.
Very well, now you have done a work on humanity and it is very useful for its evolution and growth. A very long time ago it was normal to send love to people in need but now this type of work is almost unknown but it is very effective so do not forget to do it some times. To send love to someone is like sending a salvation to his spirit and the spirit feels it in its essence and rejoices and sends you back love, that helps you grow and help even more other people. Do not go to the crown but stay in your heart a short time and then go immediately to your stellar home, that already awaits you in the cosmic sky. Very well, now stay for a while in silence in your father’s or mother’s home. Inside you feel love and brotherhood towards everything and then you go into the cosmic sky, that receives you. Now you are in the universe and you have the feeling of being in a very bright home, that soon will be your new home, where you will go to do work for the Earth and humanity, that needs much help. As soon as you feel to be in your home in the cosmos then try to feel your physical body, which is very far from that place. Now breathe in and out seven times very deeply. Once you have finished the breathing technique you go down in the heart and you visualize your essence, that shines of white, blue and violet light. Your essence begins to rise very slowly towards the crown, shining of very white and very blue and very violet light. Above the crown the amethyst is shining of violet light and your essence unites with it. Together they form one body, shining of white, blue and violet light. They go up to the sky, full of bright stars with many constellations, that are your spiritual home. You rise and rise up in the sky, shining of blue night color and your essence heads to its house, which is a constellation of more stars, shining of a very bright white light and you feel you are in your father’s or mother’s home. In the house you see a violet flame, shining of much light and you feel attracted to it and then you go into it with your essence, that unites with the flame and they become one body, that shines only of white light. Inside the flame you feel to expand and you feel love towards everything and you love the whole creation in all its forms and appearances and you feel, that these forms ad appearances belong to you and that you are one thing.
Very well, do not hurry back into your body but slowly feel your body in its materiality and after when you are ready to open your eyes then return completely.

Now you sit with the right hand on the table and the left hand on the leg and take off your socks, it is better this way. Sit with your back against the chair and close your eyes. Start to breathe seven times slowly. You breathe in and out seven times. You breathe in and out. Once you have finished with the technique of breathing then you move to the crown, that is shining of white, blue and violet light. Above the crown the amethyst is shining of violet light and it descends slowly to your essence, that shines in your heart. Now your essence meets the amethyst and unites with it. Very well. Now they are one body and they begin to rise together as a single shining point of violet, white and blue light, that rises and rises and rises. It goes out of your head and directs up to the starry blue night sky. You rise and rise and rise and after reaching the sky you expand to your constellation, that is your home. Now your are in your fathers or mothers home and as soon as you feel in your essence, that you are home, then all the love inside you flows in every direction and you love and love and you love all the creation and you feel well in your essence, that is full of love for everything.
Now I want you to imagine the people, who hurt you and send to them love as green, white and blue light. Send them much love and you feel lighter. As soon as you have sent love you feel, that your heart is lighter and you feel well and you want to love more and more those, who hurt you. Now it is time for forgiveness and therefore you say to them “I forgive you for what you did to me” and this makes you a more positive person and willing to accept, that the others are not so evolved like you are, but that is why you are here to help others to grow and grow and grow and you had accepted to suffer because of them. They are not bad but just small of spirit but it does not justify their actions or words but you are wise and therefore you have to get over it.

Take off your socks and sit at a table with your right hand on the table and the left hand on the leg. Now close your eyes and breathe in seven times and out slowly. Seven times. Descend into your essence and unite with it. Slowly go up to the crown and you will see it shine with white, violet and blue light. You see the amthyst above the crown and it is shining with violet light. The amethyst descends into your heart slowly and illuminates your essence. Your essence awakens to your conscience and shines of blue, white and violet light. Very slowly it begins to rise upwards to the crown and goes out of the head directing into the blue night sky. Your essence rises and rises and rises up to the sky and is together with stars and constellations. Now you are immersed in the infinity of creation and you unite yourself with everything and after you have united with everything you feel within you that cosmic love is born in your essence and then you send love everywhere around you.
You begin to descend into your physical body and then you send love to the Earth and humanity, that needs your help so much. Send love to all the people, who suffer and do not have a home or anything to eat and send love to the people, who are ill and cannot be cured because they are poor. Send love to your politicians, whose hearts are closed and only think of money and power and send love to your beloved ones, who have not yet awakened to their essence.
To send love to others is a way of serving and it helps us to improve the world, that we live in. Now we descend into our body and when we are back in it then we can open our eyes.

Sit at the table with the right hand on the table and the left one on the leg. Close your eyes and breathe deeply seven times and then exhale very slowly. Inhale and exhale seven times. Inhale and exhale, inhale and exhale. Very well. When you have finished remain silent within you and then you feel love in your heart, that expands to your whole body. Very well. Now visualize your essence in your heart and you see a stair, leading up to the crown and you begin to go one step after another and you climb and climb and climb until you arrive at the top and when you reach the crown then you see a blue door, that is closed. You go to open the blue door and outside you see the blue night sky, that shines with many stars and constellations.
It is a short time, that you got to the door of your essence, but the moment has come to pass the door and return to your fathers home. It was told you that the father is far away from you but he is not. You are fathers and mothers, you only have to recall your origin and I will help you to remember, who you really are.
Now go out of the blue door and you find yourself immersed in the sky, that is full of light, that surrounds your essence. The amethyst descends slowly in your heart and illuminates it with violet light. Now the violet light becomes white and the point, which is your essence illuminates the body with its light. Very well. Now take a small break to focus on your essence in your heart. Your essence begins to move upwards and when it gets to the crown it goes out of your head and moves up to the dark blue night sky. Your essence rises and rises and rises towards the sky and soon it will get up, where the constellations are. Now stay with the constellations and unite yourself with them. How to unite is up to you and do not worry about how to do it, just feel and let your heart guide you. When you are united with the constellations and feel to be a single body, then your essence has expanded as it should be when you experience the union with everything. Very well. Now go into your body as you like and do not worry to separate from the constellations because they are in you and you are in them so it is marvelous if you take them with you in your body. Sit in a quiet place as always when you meditate and call your guide and brothers of light to assist you in the work.
You will feel much love in your heart and then you go up to the crown, where the amethyst shines of a violet light. Look at it as it shines and see it move slowly into the body towards the heart, which turns into a very bright violet light. In the heart a very bright point appears and it shines very much. This point is your essence, that has awakened and now it is in your body and it illuminates the whole body, that becomes transparent and bright. The shiny light becomes a star, that shines even more.
Very well, now you continue to meditate on the star, that slowly rises up to the blue night sky and after it will dissipate with it and you will no longer see the star but only the bright dark blue night. Now your essence does no longer exist as an entity, detached from everything but you have become everything. At the end you get into your body, that is numb without your presence and when you feel it awaken to your material life, then open your eyes.

Now visualize the amethyst at the crown, that shines with a bright light. The amethyst starts to descend towards the heart, which is overflowing with blue light and after the blue light turns white and very bright. The essence awakens in the white light like a white point, which is brighter than the heart and the essence expands to the whole body, which will be bright and very shiny.
Now the body, which is brilliant will take on a semblance of a star now shining of white, blue and violet light. After the essence, or star, will rise towards the blue night sky and you will go to your home of belonging. Keep your eyes closed for a while and when you feel to be back in your body again then open your eyes.

Sit at a table without shoes or socks. This meditation is to be done with bare feet and with the right hand on the table. The left hand is placed on the leg under the table and both feet flat on the floor. Then close your eyes and you will feel much love within you. Now let the energy of love ascend to the crown chakra. The energy goes out of the crown, which will become a star, that shines with a lot of violet light, like an amethyst, which is illuminated. Visualize the violet light descend into the body and that it illuminates it all with its violet light and all the organs are illuminated by this violet light and they become crystal and transparent. Remain in this position for at short time and then you return this way. You have to let love descend from the crown into your heart and then in your heart you visualize a blue light, that illuminates it all. For a while you pause on the blue light and then you open your eyes.

Now listen to your heart and then listen to its voice. After listening to the voice of the heart listen to the voice of your essence, which is much more subtle and makes you stay in contact with your source. Then you feel, that the voice of your essence is very strong and with love you listen to what it says to you. Do not be apprehensive in meditation because it is an obstacle to the feeling and many people do not feel because they are apprehensive to meet their self. Now you have made a contact with your essence and after you feel the contact is strong then you can have many answers from above, because your essence is one with All so you do not need others to tell you how things are about you. Do not be superb that you have arrived because it is not so easy to get to our essence, which is hidden under the ego and human emotions, that tell us how things are not in the true light of the spirit. It is not easy to be like a river flowing and does not filter what comes in its water, that we put and fixed within us and therefore we must learn to discern what comes from us and what comes from above. It is not easy to listen to our essence because our mind takes us away easily and therefore we have a lot of work to do first with breaking down the mind so we will not be influenced by his way of wanting to see our situation.
The work on the mind is a very long work that requires a lot of effort and also self detachment because if we indentify ourselves with our mind then we are slaves to his way of seeing reality, which does not really exist because it belongs to this illusory world, that we created to awaken from the sleep of the spirit. Meditation is a great work of the spirit, in this way the spirit seeks to have the opportunity to descdend into the material awareness and then awaken in this plane. It is a work that many have done in different schools but each school is made of people, who put their things in what they teach and therefore it is important not to have only one master in our life but many so we do not risk to have only one way of working and we are more open minded to recognize the existence of many paths leading to the spirit and this is very important if you do not want to risk falling into the adulation of a single master, who brought his vision of the spirit.
Right now we have much work to do with helping you, terrestrial brothers and sisters, to dismantle your stakes built over time. If you do not throw them you will not be able to make another big shift of your spirit. Do not close yourself inside you but open yourself to the beauty of life, which disrupts your certainty, that impedes you to have progress on the path of the spirit and let life take you away. It is short and when you get here in the astral plane you will no longer have the opportunity to repeat the lesson of material life because you will no longer come back to the Earth as it is now but you will have to go to other planets to relive the experiences lost here. Now hurry to get out of your shell and see what a beautiful sun is shining on you. Your spirit shines the same way if you awaken it with love and great inner work. I am not the one to ask forgiveness for but yourself, because you have to judge your path once you get here so it is not my responsibility to tell you that you lost the opportunity but you will tell yourself and you will feel very bad for your mistakes, that you cannot solve again.
